How much time do I have to file a law suit after an incident of sexual harassment?

You have one year from the date of the last incident (if ongoing) to file a complaint with the CA Dept. of Fair Employment and Housing. That stops the clock on statutes of limitation. Once it issues a "right to sue" letter after its investigation or after you request such letter, then you have one year in which to file suit. Please let me know if I may be of help. no more than one year to file your claim with DFEH, then suit must be filed within the time specified in their filing document. Feel free to contact me if you need to have legal help in the case.
