Unwanted touching during exam

I was sent for an exam on my lower back due to a work injury. During the x-ray part of the exam the tech give me a gown the was to small to begin with, it only coverd the front side of my body. The tech had me lay on my back on the table then when he was positioning me he reached under the gown and his hand went under the waist band of my panties. I knock he hand away right away. He said he was looking for my belly button. I showed him were it was over the gown. Next he started to rub his hand just right below my chest back an forth saying he was looking for my sternum. when he had me lay on my side the gown exposed most of my back side then he started to bub my side saying he was looking for something else. I never had an exam like that. I went home in shock. My husband came home for lunch and i told him what happen. He admieddley called the clinic to repot this and i went to the police to report it too. What esle can i do. What legal process can i take?????

IF you are serious about pursuing it, you should report it and demand action from the clinic, your employer, the police and the state Medical Board. You should do so with the help of an attorney, to be taken seriously. The attorney can advise you on whether you have grounds and sufficient evidence for a lawsuit. Contact me if interested.
