Legal Question in Sexual Harassment in California

This weekend i was horribly embarrassed by an employee, at a company holiday party.

i arrived at the party with my fiance and was introduced to a few people. then as he tried to introduce me toone one the managers, that person instead of shaking my hand, grab my blazer pulling it open and tongue kissed my face ...i pushed theperson as they made remarks about seeing a photo of me . i moved far away from that person.

later during t he party this person seen me on the other side of dance floor and came up behind me grabbing my butt and saying nasty things....pushing this person off me me and my fiance left again someone to avoid this person.

then that same person comes sit on my lap locking thier legs to keep me from getting up, called me names like big booty , and i sttod up struggling to move this person off me as they once again licking and kissing my face.

we left finally and he tried to calm me down but i am furious and what do i do about this?

You could file criminal assault charges with police if they will take them

You could also file a complaint of sexual harassment with the employer. If this person has previously been bothering you in any way, and you complained to the company about it so that they had 'notice' of the problem, then this 'repeat' offense might justify taking legal action against the employer for sexual discrimination and harassment.
