How to write an account

An co-wroker made a complaint against me, she felt sexually harrassed. My only coments to--name removed--were complementing exotic make up colors on different days. Never went beyond saying you look nice, nice colors, they go well with you. From--name removed--part she never mentioned she felt unconfortable for my comments, and I just found out about until I was called by my boss becuse of--name removed--complaint. Now my boss wants me to write down my side of the story. How can I go about in writing this acount?
