Legal Question in Tax Law in California

I have a judgement of over 60K, and it looks like the company envolved has closed all bank accounts and transfered all assets. It looks like I will not be able to collect on this judgement, is there any tax advantage for me die to not being able to collect?

If the have done the transfers to avoid this judgment, then you may sue them for fraudulent transfer. What type of judgment is it and how and when were your damages accrued? Contact me directly.
