I Cliamed my Daughter last year. now her father wants to claim her this year. we are still together and living together? Is there a chance of being audited for swiching her ever year?

The rule is whoever pays more then 50% of the living expenses is supposed to claim her. Yes, jumping back and forth increases the risk of audit but you still have to follow the tax code and apply the deduction to the person who pays the majority of the expenses (more then 50%).
