I was in an accident and my airbags did not deploy, do I have a case against the manufacturer of the car?

I assume you're talking about a more than minor accident where the air bags are supposed to deploy. Perhaps you would have a case, but you also have to prove damages that the air bags would have prevented you from sustaining. Consult with a personal injury lawyer.
