dose the traffic location have to be accurate on a ticket?

Only if having the wrong location would make it difficult for you to defend yourself, or hard to understand how the incident occurred. If the correct location and the one listed look the same, what harm is there in giving the wrong address? You have to show prejudice to you from listing the wrong location.
