Legal Question in Traffic Law in California
Driver licence
I live in California and my licence is up for renual when i went to the DMV they said that i needed to contact the Dis-court of NJ and they said i need to clear a DUI charge that i recived in 1992
I am a business owner and have had no bouts with the law for the last 15 years
My question is how can i clear this up to get my licence. for this creating an illeagel situation because i need to drive to work, What do i do.

You should either contact the NJ court or hire an attorney in NJ to go to court and get the matter resolved. If you were not in NJ and have proof that you were not there you should be able to get the ticket removed from your name.
