Legal Question in Traffic Law in California

Photo Radar / FTA

In July of 2005 I apparently was caught running a red light in San Diego compliments of a Photo Radar type Intersection. I never recieved anything and now 3 years later I go to renew my Drivers License and find out that it was suspended back in 2005 for an FTA related to the Red Light Photo citation I never knew I had. It shows on my recford as an FTA. why insurance didnt catch it i dont know. how do i fix this is a Serna Motion applicable, an easier way, no one a court seems to know.

Re: Photo Radar / FTA

While an FTA warrant shouldn't be taken lightly, it can be taken care of with the help of a criminal defense lawyer rather expeditiously. Until then, you unfortunately run the risk of being arrested on the warrant for even a minor traffic violation.

If you are serious about taking care of this, please call our office at 714.904.1669 or 951.742.8090. You can also contact us through our website.
