failure to appear
I recieved a traffic ticket for 35mph in a 25mph and failure to show proof of insurance,I forgot I recieved the ticket, and did not appear in court, and was wondering what happens? and how I can fix it?

Re: failure to appear
typically anytime a person fails to appear for court, the judge usually issues what is known as a bench warrant for that person's arrest until the situation is resolved. thus, in a nutshell, the sooner you resolve this issue the better!
