Legal Question in Traffic Law in California
I got Failure to stop at red right but I know I m then I turn right on red because it safe and its no sign say I can turn on red please help

If you feel that you did not break the law show up at court and defend yourself. It is going to come down to you against the police officer. Did you come to a complete stop? If not you would be in violation.
