Legal Question in Traffic Law in California
Multiple Errors on Citation
I received a ticket with two violations. One for speeding (80 MPH in 65). The other for front window tint. The date of the citation and the date where the officer signed the citation are inconsistent they dont match. In addition, the officer had to correct the window tint violation code - it was originally written incorrectly.
Is one or both of these errors considered a ''fatal flaw?'' Also, do I have a good argument to contest the citation raising reasonable doubt as it relates to accuracy?
