Legal Question in Traffic Law in California
outstanding ticket citations with warrant for arrest
My spouse has several outstanding traffic citations with warrants for his arrest, speeding mainly.
He was picked up today and is now incarcerated. They are asking for $12000 bail, which I don't have. What can I do to help him?

Re: outstanding ticket citations with warrant for arrest
Save your money to pay on his tickets. He will be going to court soon and can arrange to pay the tickets on time.
