parking in a handicap zone
girlfriend was told by dmv she owed 700.00 for parking in a handicap zone.when she went to pay for the tags.we moved never got a ticket .want to know if she sold the truck,would the new ower be stuck with it,or if she got a new car.would it be on that car.thanks for your time.im in sacramento ca.

Either the ticket will follow the truck or will follow her. Her best approach would be to get the matter on the calendar and attempt to get the fine decreased.
