Legal Question in Traffic Law in California
Increased Fine
I recieved a parking citation and paid it promptly only to recieve in the mail that the bail amount should be changed from 20 dollars to 35 dollars, because their ticket was wrong so they needed a correction. Do I have to pay the remaining amount even though I paid the original ticket amount, is it legal to increase a fine with out cause
