Legal Question in Traffic Law in California

Speeding ticket mistakes

I got a ticket speeding at 99mph, but the officer wrote my vehicle as a 2door, while I own a 4door. He also circled Saturday when I was pulled over on a Sunday. Also, he wrote the court time as 11:30 PM instead of AM. Could I contest the ticket?

Re: Speeding ticket mistakes

The court will probably find that these errors are not fatal to the ticket, and will not dismiss it.
