Can u tell me what a SRT97.04(a) is and is it something you can do time for? If so how much time?

I am not familar with a citation such as you gave. California vehicle violations are normally denoted as VC ## for the specific code section. None of the California codes have the abreviation you gave. Check the violation site and resubmit your question. Provide more information as to the nature of the violation.
