Vehicle vs. Dog

A car hit and killed my (very small) dog on a couty road 3 months ago. Now he is trying to collect for damages done to his car. What can I do?

Report this to your homeowner's insurance and let them handle it. If you do not have insurance coverage then you should determine how much he is requesting and then consult with an attorney.
