Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in California

I'm the administrator in my mom's probate--The only heir-The retirement settlement has been deposited in a local bank,with me as the administrator. I have access to all funds. I'm the only heir.

Am I allowed to withdraw any funds pending the close of probate?

Although you are the only benefliciary of the Will, as administrator you must act separately from your behavior as heir. You can send out a notice of early partial distribution so you can some money.
