Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in California

Two beneficiaries have the same attorney

There are 3 beneficiaries, 2 have the same attorney. They are getting everything. I have gotten nothing and have no counsel and can not afford counsel unless the trust would pay for my legal representation. I want the trust dissolved and the attorney disqualified. The one sister who stole 15k is going to be trustee in a short time, she was told to account as was the other beneficiary for property and funds stolen but they never have and I do not know how to make the court enforce it or how to get found in contempt. What can I do

Re: Two beneficiaries have the same attorney

you will need to file a petition to remove the trustee, for an accounting, and to surcharge the trustee.

see probate code 16200 through 18201 at:

You might get a lawyer to take the case on 1/3 contingency basis.
