my dad has been declared incompetent my sister has power of attorney.she wants me out of my dads house.me and my dad had a tile co together and he took care of all the money.he paid my bills health ins etc.i earned my money my dad just took care of everything for me.i have lived in this house nearly all my life.my sister treats me like crap makes me sign papers doesnt explain it to me she tries to scare me.she wants me totally out of the picture.do i have any rights and do my dads wishes matter.she wants to rent the house but my dad doesnt need the money he is well taken care of.

You do have some rights and your dad's wishes do matter. Where does dad live? Who is taking care of dad? Is there a court order appointing someone as guardian or conservator? The documents that you signed need to be reviewed to determine what is going on.
