Dad's passing
My dad passed in late 1986. He was
married at the time to his second
wife who had two children from her
previous marriage. Would my
brother and I be part of his estate
when stepmother passes or does
everything go to her sons? I have
not seen my father's will?

No way to tell without looking into whether there has been a probate when he died or not.
