Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in California

My daughter's paternal aunt has temporary guardianship due to a fight her father and I got into. It wasn't serious enough for cps to have a case because my daughter was not present. Even without the concern of cps, I have a hard time trying to visit with my daughter because the aunt always argues with me and tells me I can't take her to see my other family members or

I cant have my baby back. This has been going on for 9 months and the last time I went to court to file a termination, they denied it even though I am stable enough to care for my own child...Do I have to get a lawyer to get my daughter back?

How can I find someone to listen to my concerns of how I think this guardianship is not working out with the appointed guardian?

There are no "temporary" guardianships. Some social worker probably lied to you.
