Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in California

Need help finding a Lawyer

Orange County, CA is where the Trustee and trust is/was executed.

In November 2002, I found out that I was named a beneficiary in a family trust. The TRUSTOR died in 2/1992 and I just found out about the trust.

I requested accounting information from TRUSTEE, in writing, and was told that all monies was already spent and that they do not have any records of accounting. In the trust it was stated that I was to receive 1/2 of my share at 21 and the remainder at 30. I am 27 now. I received all paper work from the lawyers who drew up the trust documents.

Now, I want to petition the courts to demand accounting and figure out what happened. The problem is I can not find a lawyer to help with this. I am willing to pay a reasonable retainer fee, but have not heard from any attorney's I left messages with (attempted on 2/3/03). Is the reason I can not find a lawyer becuase I don not have a case? or??? Please advise.

your facts are a bit convaluted in order to determine if you have a case or not. i would need to know more about this trust, trustee, and what other beneficiaries there were apart from yourself in order to determine if you have a case or not. if you want further assistance, email me with more complete facts from start to finish if possible.
