Incorrect Birthdate on Will

Hello,

My father gave the incorrect year of my birth in his will. He passed away in Dec.

'05 and I am now going to open probate as Executor. Is this going to be a

problem? His estate is very simple.

This should not be a problem esp. if this is a simple probate matter as you suggested. If there becomes a contest, then this may be an issue. But again if your father's will identifies who you are clearly despite the mistaken birthdate there should be no problem.
