How do I get information about my Moms doctor and her medical records. She died in Sept. 2012

If you have no idea who her doctors were, then one way is to check prescriptions if any of her medicines are still around or look at a check register or bank statement to see payments. You also might be able to get information from her health insurer, but that may require a subpoena.
Do you believe that she changed her estate plan due to undue influence or that she lacked capacity? If so, you should meet with a local attorney who can advise you on any statutes of limitations and other deadlines for pursuing a claim.
