My mother is a heir to land in texas. she is concerned that the land is being sold illegally by other family members without her consent. How can my mom get land title information because she isnt sure how much land she is heir to or who else is involved. can u help?

If your mom is actually on the deed she should request a copy of the deed from the county recorder's office where the land is situated.

Land title information can be obtained from any reputable title company. I agree she needs to contact a TX attorney right away, however.
