Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in California

My mother was being hid from her four adult children for many years. When we finally her, she told us stories about how her siblings told her she imagined us kids, and that she had no kids and we are just in her imagination. I lost her for over 10 years they had her hiding from us. Now she barely remembers us, and acts like she has no idea who we are almost. She spoke of her siblings taking a large sum of money from her that her ex boyfriend donated to buy her a trailer. She said her sister and brother took the money from her and kept it. It was $25,000.00 roughly.

This I feel is why they had been isolating her from us, and I just asked her to sign power of attorney etc. doc. for me and her. Im in California, Sacramento. She also said she starves most of the time with no food, never gets spending money, and is given roughly $1-3.00 per day for food. Please tell me what can I do about this, and how can I find out if they stole my moms money, and prove my suspicions correct? Her siblings were telling us that she never wanted us around again and we and our familys were dead to her, and telling her we didnt exist and were imagined. Please help me figure this out, im scared for my mom.

You didn't say where your mother lives.

What you should probably do is to contact the authorities (Adult Protective Services, the District Attorney, and the local Police Department) and make a compliant for elder abuse.
