Can a painting be considered a piece of furniture?

Unless the painting's subject is a chair, or people sit on it, I would doubt it. Usually a will would say "all of my furnishings," or "all of my personal property." Evidently, the testator wanted to dispose of the furniture in a certain way, and had other intentions for his/her art work.
