Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in California
I received in the mail a copy of my brothers written will and in the envelope with his written will there was other papers in there with it and the papers were a whole nother will of assets and my question is how can someone write an make up another will and say it was my brothers if he was dead already this person basically stoled assets that wasn't hers to steal she used a fake wheel that she made up and made it look like my brother made it up and used it in court and they awarded her everything and none of my family got anything at all and my brother's lawyer kept on telling me that the bank accounts were mine and next thing I know I get a letter in the mail saying that she won everything and I was wondering if I have a case to take to court empire Nevada is where this took place.
