Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in California
I recently found out from this site that a revocable trust originating in Illinois can be amended in California. I plan on amending the trust by downloading the paperwork from LegalForms.com.
According to the site info, these forms are prepared by California lawyers. Should I trust that these docs will satisfy the Ca. terms of amending the Trust originating in Illinois or do I still need to have
a Ca. lawyer look it over.

It still would be more reasonable to have an attorney review it as why gamble for a few hundred dollars as to the trust assets.
