Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in California

Hi, I have a revocable living trust that I'd like to change the secondary beneficiaries. (The beneficiaries if my primary beneficiaries are not alive at the time of my death.) Is there a simple process that I can do this myself. I am happy with the rest of the trust.

You need a formal amendment, which should be dated, signed and notarized. There is no legal requirement that it be drawn up by an attorney, but I recommend that you have a lawyer do it to avoid any technical glitches.
