Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in California

Can you set up a co-excutorship with one party being the dominate player, in other words, if there is a disagreement the dominate player will have the say so?

You mean one of the co-executors has whips and chains with which to resolve any disagreements with the submissive co-executor? Never heard of such a thing, but this IS California....

The will can opt for co-executors and by its own terms set out HOW any conflict is to be resolved, whether by giving one person deciding authority or having the two consult someone neutral or whatever. If the drafter wanted the ONE to have all the power, what is the point of naming the person who is then forced to be subservient, under your terms stated.
