Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in California
Can I set up an irrevocable trust for my own benefit, which terminates and the principal is distributed to me in full, at a certain age? In the meantime, my parents would be my trustees and have complete discretion over whether to distribute any of the money to me. I have inherited some money from my grandmother and my parents want me to do this because of my drug problems.
