my sister died without a will. i am her brother and only heir. her estate is less than 100.000. how do i transfer her bank accounts, 401k etc.to my bank.

You can use the affidavit procedure set forth in Probate Code sections 13100 and 13101. 40 days must have elapsed since your sister's death before you do so.
