if my sisters lied and acted as trustees, and handeled my money affairs for years, on the pretence that these were my mothers wishes. do i have a legal recorse? also is there a timeline that applies?

Assuming that there was a written trust and your sisters were acting as trustees, then your sisters have to follow the terms of the trust. As a beneficiary of a trust you are entitled to annual accountings and the statute of limitations does not start to run on a breach of trust until the existence of a claim is adequately disclosed in an accounting or some other writing. If your sisters did disclose an existence of a claim, then you have three years or 180 days depending on what the trust says or what notice was sent to you with the accounting.
If you disagree with the terms of the trust, you had 120 days from receiving the trustee's notice and a complete copy of the trust.
If there was no trust, then you need to provide more facts.
