Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in California
There only four survivors; my father myself, my aunt (fathers sister) cousin (daughter)
my relationship with my father has been strain, was never too close, so i was never told that his mom my, grandmother was put into a home where she then recently passed. my grandmothers owned quite a healthy estate, homes, real estate, etc.
i just found out the estate has been distributed among them three. my father and his family bought a house with the money he got, my cousin and aunt too
i was never told why i was excluded? do i not have any interest?? beneficiary rights?
i am the only male left who can pass on the family name??
what can i do to claim my rights? or find out if my grandmother personally excluded me herself?? i live in calif. i am 28 thank you

If your grandmother passed away with a will or other estate planning documents, you would have no rights. The fact that your cousin also received part of the estate, however, suggests that a will or trust exists.
You need to see what your grandmother's will, trust, or other estate documents say. You will likely need to retain an attorney to help you.
