How can i get out of a Timeshare. the company will not let me get out of it. Even though I have sent information that I cannot work due to cancer and MS. and have no income.

Time Shares are next to impossible to get out of, you can try to sell it, but they are very tough to sell, sometimes you cant even give them away. Another option might be bankruptcy depending on your financial situation and assets. Drop me an email with more details or call the office if you want a more specific answer.
