quite title or quite claim?

My husband past in 2000 and he was on mother irrevocable living will he left no estate do i have interest on his part of living trust?

More than likely, but it depends on the terms of the trust. Do you have a copy? Can you get one for us to review? It is difficult to give you better than a "maybe" without reading it, sorry about that.

Maybe. It depends on the terms of the trust agreement. Contact the trustee to obtain a copy of the trust agreement and have it reviewed.
