Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in California

transfer of property

California probate court approved the successor trustee's allocation and funding of certain assets into the bypass trust. The trustee was really forced into the settlement because I as a beneficiary forced her to allocate assets to my father's bypass trust. The trust designates the children as the co-trustee of the bypass trust. She- the widow and successor trustee of the common pot trust has refused to transfer the real property and will not sign a grant deed. Can I submit petition for court order for transfer of property and bypass the trustee? What would be the subject line and language of the order? Can you suggest a site where I could find such templates for sample order language? I am acting in pro per

Re: transfer of property

you should petition the court to compel enforcement of the order regarding the property. there is no form for this procedure. you will need an attorney to assist you.
