Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in California
Trust
My father died in 1983. He left a sizable trust for my Mother & for me. I just found out that my mother had me removed from the trust by having me declared dead. Mother died last year and I was not named in her will. Could this be possible? I was not close to my Mother but she knew I was not dead. Thank you for any advice you can offer. My Mother lived in Texas and I live in Dublin, California.
