Your uncle can execute a qualified disclaimer of his interest with the trustee(s).
For the house, The trustee(s) must execute and file an Affidavit of Successor Trustee with the Recorder's office, as well as Change of Ownership Report and and Claim for Exemption from Reassessment with the assessor's office.
