Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in California

can a "Will" be contested by a son of a dad who past away recently? I feel his wife had changed his "Will" about the time he was not thinking clearly.

Of course. That is a very valid basis for contesting his will, and happens all the time. If you have the older will, even better. There are a lot of issues I want to ask you about that may work in your favor. Contact my office for a free consultation.
