What do I do with the will after my dad dies?

My dad just died. I have the original will and I am the executor. How do I get it read and executed? The original lawyer is practicing in another state. (will is under $100,000)

If the value of the estate is under $100,000, it will likely qualify as a "small estate" and can be administered by you outside of probate.
