Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in California

''willed against her will''

My 78 year old mother has a will in the United Kingdom, she has three children, and my sister has cooerced her into being the ''Trustee'' on her death. My brother and I would like everything split equally three ways, but with my sister involved, we doubt that this will happen. I have a copy of her last will BEFORE she was cooerced by my sister, which is equally split three ways. My sister has a drug problem, what rights do my brother and I have to ensure that her first will is honored? Can we contest the will, and how would we go about doing this.

Any help with the above is greatly appreciated in advance

Re: ''willed against her will''

Please email me with more information, re how your sister coerced her. Also, are there any other close relatives?

In California, a will or trust can be set aside if there is undue influence. This depends on the facts of the case.
