How do I get a copy of my mothers will?

Sometimes it is filed with the probate court. Even if there is no probate of the will, you can still get access to a copy if you have a certified copy of the birth certificate. Most of the time, the will is not filed in court. Did you ask the executor to see the will. If you file a petition for administration, the executor might be forced to submit the will to proceeding. Its option will cost $$$.
