Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in California

I am the heir to my cousins estate; he had everything pre-arranged. He left his attorney exect. It has been 18 months The estate is still unsettled. I was first told we had to wait until Dec. to complete taxes. I have asked the attorney for a copy of tax records, bank records, etc. I have received 0! My cousin lived off interset of stocks/bonds. How do I find records of his accounts?

A Petition for an accounting can be filed at the court. Please supply me with the executor's name, address and tel., and I will see if I can find any information for you. What county did your cousin die in?

You may need an attorney to protect your interests.

Try to find one in or near the county in which the estate is being probated. I am in northern California.
