Legal Question in Workers Comp in California

I WAS IN A ACCIDENT ON THE 28TH OF JANUARY AND WAS WONDERING WHERE I GO FROM HERE? IT WAS IN A COMPANY VEHICLE AND SUBSEQUENTLY I WAS TERMINATED THREE DAYS LATER.

You should have done something a long time ago. There is in general a requirement that the employed report the injury as soon as possible but certainly within one year. You should immediately call your former employer and see if they are treating this as a WC case and if not file an employee's first report of work injuiry.
