Legal Question in Workers Comp in California
My attorney refuses to disclose the content of phone conversations he had with opposing counsel. At first he lied about even having the conversations, but after I showed him an email from my old employer saying that the attorneys talked, he admitted to having the phone conversation but continues to refuse to tell me the content of the conversation. Aren't lawyers required to disclose all conversations concerns my case to me? Can my attorney have secrets between himself and opposing counsel regarding my case? Is there an easy way to force my attorney to tell me what was said in the conversation?

If you don't trust your attorney, change him or her.
